Qian Zhang learned how to make dumplings from her grandmother. “I don’t have a culinary background…I grew up watching my grandmother cook,” says Zhang. She and her husband, John, will bring their famous dumplings along other traditional Sichuan dishes to this new location.

Poké consists of a blend of Japanese and Hawaiian cuisine combined to create a mix of fresh seafood, delicious vegetables, and rice to make the perfect on-the-go meal no matter the time or place. Customers will be able to choose from our signature bowls, which include the Hawaiian Bowl, Ohana Bowl, and the Heat Bowl.
